The venue and therapist was lovely, unfortunately the pedicure just wasn’t up to my usual standard, not very neat by the cuticle as the line was wonky. Glad I didn’t pay the full price, otherwise would have be very disappointed to pay £45 for a pedicure.

It was the worst customer service EVER. They tried to rip me off. I booked for a wax and when i arrived they tried to charge me 7£ extra pounds for hot wax. When i declined she reduced to 5 and then to 4.5£. I told them i wanted to cancel my treatment, and she started shouting at me, and saying no refunds. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
