massage room is a little small and was cold. It's also not a proper massage table but one which has handles for other treatments so uncomfortable to lie in.Advertised as 1h, lasted 45 min. After massaging feet therapist went on to massage head (where I was asked if it's ok to have oil in hair,I said yes but NOT on face). Was assured not in face. Therapist didn't wash hands in between touching legs and feet to then touching hair and face.With oil. Now breaking out Luke crazy from dirty oil hands

Was a great facial with shoulder and head massage - it was helping to relax a lot. I missed a bit more of pore cleansing.
