Staff is gentle and professional but not everyone is at a high level. Was left with some clumps and suffered from couple of unsteady rips. Will give them another chance.

My hair treatment was at least 15 min shorter than the stated 40 min I paid for. The haircut itself was good but a bit more care and fine touch would have been nice. The venue looked a bit messy and unclean.
