Liz offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Pregnancy Massage along with Taping and wavestone (an ergonomic heated massage tool), alongside biomechanics screening and exercise prescription for pre-hab and rehab. She aims to treat all clients to not only reduce pain and discomfort but to also arm them with exercises in order to remain pain-free moving forward. She is a certified personal trainer so this comes hand in hand. Preventative care is so important, and pre-hab is just as important as rehab! Liz says: “Remember, you don’t have to be an athlete or sports person to benefit from Sports Massage! Massage shouldn't really be thought of as a treat, but rather a treatment”
