The person who was supposed to be doing my hair wasn’t in the salon as her car had broken down. They had tried to contact me to make me aware of this but I didn’t pick this up but I was offered an appointment 45 minutes later with Rebecca which I agreed to. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly and she apologised for what had happened. I left the salon happy with my hair and have been complimented on my hair so would happily go back.

Was absolutely appalled to find the salon closed for my appointment. Showed up 10 mins early, waited 10 mins past my appointment time, the only phone number available was the salons number, could hear the phone ringing inside. I will not attempt to re-book.
