Went inn for colour and cut blow dry.
3 hours latter still not cut
I left with wet hair because I had an other appointment to go to.
The girl was very friendly so I booked back in for her to cut and blow dry my hair.

What started out as an essential festive pamper turned into a bizarre and upsetting experience. We all know what it’s like to find a great hairdresser and I initially thought I’d found my new one in Kaitlin. However, I could sense something off after being left for a long period. The time prolonged to 4 hours and then it came - the dejection. There was no space for my haircut! I am most grateful to the stylist who stepped in to save me from leaving the salon without the service I went in for.
