Amazing experience. Kaitlyn managed to lighten my very dark hair with highlights more than I thought would be possible due to it being quite dark, and I absolutely love it.

Got Balayage a month ago, Rebecca was my stylist and was very helpful in choosing the shade complimenting me best. I love the work done and was particularly impressed by her blowout and hair styling (loose curls). She was friendly sweet and polite.
In terms of booking, Id recommend being more clear about the added on costs (example listing total cost of balayage with the addition of toner costs etc for the customer) but no harm done as Laurie was helpful in clarifying the add-on costs anyway.

My reservation was a double booking. The hairdresser was friendly but not the best atmosfere. Also when they washed my hair they never left a towel so my shirt was wet when I was sitting for my haircut and when I left the shop. The haircut was okay.
