I had a lovely experience :) My massage therapist was friendly, attentive and ensured I was comfortable throughout. The massage was relaxing and targeted a lot of my tense muscles.

After an initial issue with the booking, Lisa was quick to provide a resolution, and my treatment was at INNSIDE hotel. Leanne was fantastic, the treatment of neck back and shoulder & facial was incredibly relaxing. I appreciated Leanne asking me about the pressure during the massage and she made some changes and it was perfect. I then had use of the steam room and sauna after my treatment which was a nice addition, which my original booking would not have included. Thanks Leanne & Lisa :)
