Melissa gave myself and my daughter a brilliant relaxing massage. Could not fault her at all. She worked so hard - she had hour long massages one after another without a break!
The sauna was lovely but the steam room was not working properly it was quite cold and no steam!! Also some of the mosaics were falling off the seats! Definitely needs a bit of TLC. Also a comfy seat/lounger to relax on while you wait your turn for your massage would be a good idea - not just a seat in the corridor.
Relaxing Massage
Very lovely massage with lovely products used. Leanne was professional and lovely, too. Was great to be able to use the sauna and steam room after treatment. Will definitely be back again and will recommend Escape MCR to others. The Innside Hotel is also a lovely space, currently with a public art exhibition from local artists on the same floor as the wellness suite and a very nice restaurant menu.
Swedish Massage
Treatment was good but paid for half an hour and only had 20mins. Filling out a form and waiting cut into the time. Not sure why this happened.
