Meisha was lovely and listened to exactly what I wanted/needed from the massage and I left feeling less tense . I really loved being able to use the sauna after the massage too, a lovely sunday afternoon treat. I will definitely be back

Understood that I had booked 1hr of treatments , but was all done and dressed again within 45 minutes.
Massage itself was good, but felt shortchanged compared to expectations.
Upon arrival it was unclear that I had to go to check in desk and get a key card made to go into the wellness area. There is no reception in the area so luckily I bumped into the therapist as I arrived.
The noise from guests using the gym area is clearly heard in the treatment area. But the room itself is nice and warm

The experience was great, very relaxing and Lisa was able to pin point knots and work on them. Overall 10/10
