Amazing service throughout. There was a slight confusion during booking and my partner and I turned up the day before our appointment but we were able to be accommodated a bit later on in the day! Massage and facial were both super relaxing.

Leanne gave a very relaxing massage and asked how hard or soft I wanted for the pressure. She concentrated on the areas that I had pointed out.

Massage was great and I would recommend Leanne. We had difficulty finding the hotel in which the spa is located; isn't very well signposted, and from the outside looks like a restaurant. There was unfortunately nowhere to relax after the massage.
