I found the service at Escape Spa MCR at Innside Hotel excellent. Was easy to book an appointment by messaging the number provided . The response was quick and I was able to make the appointment time I requested. I found Francesca my Masseuse was professional and knowledgeable. Would rate the massage one of the best I have ever had and can not wait to return to Manchester to rebook another one. Would Highly recommend this Spa.

The Innside spa area is very small and not quite what i expected. The sauna room is a decent size but the steam room is really small. Luckily as I went in January, the spa area was not busy at all. I would not recommend it if you are solely going for a proper spa break. The area was very clean.
My massage and facial with Francessa was great. She did a great job on my body and would highly recommend going for a massage with her.
