My and my friend paid £75 each for a package here. While we were not perfect clients (showed up late) the treatments we received were subpar. We did not receive all four treatments. I was asked to pay the second I arrived. My friend was asked about payment during her treatment. This made us feel they felt we couldn’t afford it. Francesca was lovely but chit chatted with my friend during her treatment. Someone walked in during her treatment. The facial made my skin dull. I would not return.
