It was very disappointing that my treatment was cancelled two hours before my appointment. We chose this hotel because of the spa and had planned our day around the treatment so did not have the time to rebook.

Francesca is such a skillful massage therapist!! 😍😍 I left feeling so relaxed and she helped release my tight neck and shoulders just in one session!! I’d really recommend her! I also loved the lemongrass scented oil!! And the warm towel to wipe of the oil integrated into the massage was such a nice touch!!! 100% recommend!!! Thank you Francesca!
