It’s a very nice place but wanted to book couples massage, they didn’t respond to any emails, texts or calls so ended up booking 2 treatments that had to be after each other which made sense as they only have 1 small room! The massage was more painful than relaxing, too much pressure applied but jolie was lovely

The massage was very relaxing and the price was decent. I booked for a 40 minutes session but it finished before 35 minutes. When asked the therapist said, the time includes consultation and switch over to next client. However, why should my appointment time be shortened because the spa has booked someone immediately after me? It's your responsibility to keep a buffer time. Also, she said consultation means the time to change clothes- how does that make sense?
