There was a lot of focus on the shoulders which was very nice but not as much on the lower back as I had hoped. The facial was very good but I wish I had blown my nose first, haha! The music and temperature of the room was amazing and everything smelled so good. Lisa was very responsive and softened up a bit when asked and didn't make me feel embarrassed at all! Very professional but welcoming environment. Definitely coming back again. I fancy trying her sports massage next to really work at my tension spots! Still so good that I fell asleep a little and have been smiling for half an hour. 100% satisfied!
