lisa was great and the massage itself was lovely. however it was not relaxing being able to hear what was going on outside the room, like the floors being scrubbed, men grunting and sniffing in the gym, water being splashed up the walls..

Always a lovely experience when having my massage. My only thing to note is when the sauna area is busy, the noise does drift into the room and is a bit distracting but other than that, very relaxing!
