I booked a 40 minute treatment. I was collected 16:50 then I filled out a form and the treatment started at 16:56. I was finished at 17.22. 26 minutes? I’m missing 14 minutes of the treatment I paid for???. Not convinced the lady new how to do an Indian head masssage. Super poor
