I felt so relaxed after my treatments. Stephanie asked me some questions and then worked on areas of tension accordingly. She was really lovely and very skilled. I highly recommend her and I’ll definitely be back.

Stephanie was great.
My massage and all other treatments were fantastic even though I originally booked in to visit a different facility and have been moved a day before to the inn hotel. I truly enjoyed every minute.
However there was one downside - the massage room was rather cold and I was cold during my whole treatment, which made it harder to relax. I will go back but ask for the heating to be turned on .

The facial and massage itself the main parts of the package were very nice, although room quite small. The package is priced for sauna and steam included which are still on the advert and not stated as closed in the three email confirmations. Couldn’t see any info that the hot tub was closed either so therefore no robe and slippers to use. Glass of fizz supposed to be included also but wasn’t due to restrictions and no substitute offered such as a mocktail/nonsecco or a small bottle to take away. No water available. Scented rose petal gift to take away as a memory also not included but stated on the advert.
Took nearly 15 mins for hotel reception to work out if the spa was open or not.
The payment confirmation page states ‘valentines package’ and doesn’t state for 1 person nor do the confirmation emails so after reading the advert stating ‘Our heart centred couples retreat is an hour of pure heaven for you and your loved one’ I presumed one valentines package was for a couple.
