Louise is a lovely person, very skilled, patient and understanding. I was very relaxed after my massage. Will definitely come back again for another massage from Louise :)

I arrived 10mins early, but was not collected fron tge waiting area until 3mins past the scheduled start time.
I asked for the majority of the focus to be on my shoulders. Instead it was delivered to my lower back.
I asked for this to stop twice but was told it was improtant she continue.
The next day (and the one after, when Im writing this) I could barely walk due to lower back pain that was inflicted on me.

Such a lovely spa and Louise was so friendly and welcoming, and the massage was great. I had the Indian Head massage and it was the best massage I’ve had! Thank you, I’ll definitely be coming back!
