I was looking forward to the facial, especially as it's within a prominant Hotel, Melia. However, sadly the next morning I broke out in a severe allergic reaction to the facial. My face and eyes became incredibly swollen and my skin was left sore and ezcema like in texture.
I would have liked the therapist to have told me what products she was putting on my skin before doing so and providing more of an explanation about the type of facial I was having of which there was no communication.

We had the package with the back, neck, and shoulder massage, back scrub, and facial.
The whole experience from start to finish was lovely and the room was very nice and relaxing.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely therapists. Very helpful. I get alot of lower back pain and the massage has really helped with that. My back feels better than it has in ages. So I would recommend it as a treatment.
