Treatment was good but paid for half an hour and only had 20mins. Filling out a form and waiting cut into the time. Not sure why this happened.

Melissa was amazing as usual. She is incredibly attentive and always checks to make sure that the pressure is still ok. My appointment was almost 10 minutes late but Melissa made sure I got my full time. I still think there needs to be better signage to the spa as you come into the hotel. There's also no dedicated seating area for the spa, just seats in a walk through space in the hotel before you get taken to the spa facility. I'd still recommend this place, and Melissa!

Melissa asked what my problem areas were and what pressure I prefer. She also checked in every now and then asking if the pressure was okay and really focused on the areas I had mentioned. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I will definitely be going back!
