Lisa's massage was a perfect balance of relaxing / aromatherapy style combined with sports / tension release techniques. Somehow she managed to work through a LOT of tension in my shoulders without it once feeling like too much pressure or too little, literally perfect, and I walked away with exactly the 'released and relaxed' feeling I was after. She's a genius! Excellent value and you can also use the steam, sauna & gym facilities at the hotel too. I have knocked one star off for ambiance because of a couple of minor niggles, the treatment room isn't that well insulated from the spa noises, and one large door in particular makes a lot of noise and we heard one gent singing to himself in the sauna which gave us a giggle but could be a bit off-putting if you want total tranquility. I also had trouble locating a cash machine on arrival and couldn't do a bank transfer (so go prepared on that one). On balance it was a small downside for otherwise great value session and I will be going back again with my swimsuit packed :-)
