Shelley was amazing!! My back and shoulders always in pain and I felt like a brand new person after the massage. Shelley is very thorough and tells you what you need to do to improve. I’ll definitely be returning soon
Deep Tissue Massage
Great massage and therapist but had to ask for shower access after and also wasn’t offered use of any other facilities such as sauna and steam room which I was told were accessible prior to booking.
The only toilet in changing facilities was broken/blocked and the hairdryer was not working either.
Overall was a good massage and clean relaxing atmosphere.

Therapeutic Massage
The spa was inside the hotel on the first floor. You have to wait in the waiting area to be let in - but it was not signposted. The instruction from booking could’ve been better. Other than that, the facial and massage I had were both good! There’s after care advice also and it’s a very relaxing experience.
