I had to rearrange a few times because of work and they were really accommodating. The treatment itself was lovely and the therapist was really friendly and knowledgeable. The room is a little crowded and felt like a bit of an afterthought - almost like getting a massage in a cubbie! But I left feeling relaxed and my skin is glowing following the facial so no complaints.
