The room was very cold. I was really looking forward to having my hair washed and conditioned at the back wash. The young man was very good but I was so cold I couldn't enjoy the experience. Wet hair can make people feel more cold if the room is not warm enough.
I forgot to take my gift voucher and felt that Ruby may not believe that I actually had one. I did drop it off later the same day

This was my first visit to the salon. I wasn’t happy with the colour, cut and condition of my hair. I showed Ruby pics of how I would like my hair and the colour. Ruby knew exactly what colour would work and look good on my hair, she advised of how to treat it to improve its condition. Ruby has definitely got a new client with me. All the staff were extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend Escape. Thankyou
