Ruby was fantastic she listened to everything I said and took it into consideration for my haircut and for future haircuts. She was also very skilled and lots of people have commented about my hair already. She was friendly and welcoming and let me take the lead with what I wanted, whilst also giving me advice on what was best for me. Instead of just doing it if it’s not right for me. Overall a fantastic experience and very relaxing which was very needed at the time.
