For the second time, despite making appointments for my treatments, I found myself waiting over 30minutes to start my first treatment. Nobody explained why until I complained. It seems that if the previous client requests an extra treatment no reference is made to the appointment schedule and whether it is possible. I feel undervalued and at the moment not disposed to using this salon again. The beautician and the hairstylist, however, are great and the only reason I am undecided.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable service, would definitely recommend 👍
