The cut was great, the only thing is that on the app it said one price and yet they charged another - my mother had the appointment and was too embarrases to correct but it was nearly £10 more.

Ruby understood exactly what a wanted and did a perfect cut and finish. I have washed it since and managed to style myself and it still looks great.
