everything was perfect and I really felt I could trust Eric to do anything with my hair. Only down part was that when I booked with treatwell, he actually didn't have a space for me when I arrived, so I went the next day, but I was fine with it.

I took a cab and rushed to make it in time but had to wait 30 mins till I was attended. I didn't have a big issue with that but I'd have opted for a tube ride instead if I was informed. Anyway, Eric did a pretty good job with the haircut, it turned out nearly as I expected, pretty good I'd say. However, I asked for a natural blow dry look and here I was a bit disappointed. My hair ended up looking too voluminous and a bit hard after the blow dry.
