If you need to go to another salon to fix what was done to your hair it tells a lot about the service. When you are a platinum blonde and you get copper color roots and it's your fault according to hairdresser because you didn't want to use the bleach I found it unprofessional. If you can't reach a normal result just don't do it, but to shout on me during phone call that he knows he is right and you just didn't listen, instead of normal reaction to complain, sounds not ok. To accept result of one or two tone darker color is not the same as to accept completly different color for your roots. It's up to you guys.

Not a bad haircut, but neither an amazing one - you get what you pay for.
Price on treatwell states 35 pounds discounted to 15. Truth is the regular price for this haircut in store is 18 pounds. A bit misleading in terms of what to expect from it.
Disapointed as well as when booking, it tells you Eric will be your hairdresser, but in fact its some other person.
I would not come back.
