Went in for a trim - so nothing too drastic. Whole conversation took a very negative turn and she spent the entire time slating my hair and telling me how bad it looks. I could deal with it initially but after she repeated the same points multiple times, I came out feeling really down. The actual cut was great, as was everything else, it was just the conversation that ruined it.
