i booked my appointment with Eric, i was really looking forward for him to fix my hair cut, when i show up at salon, Eric said he was busy, so i had Jana doing my HC instead, Jana did a good job, but i still need some more thinning on my layer, i will have booking again, but how to trust the booking? I was really disappointed about the change, i want to find a local hairdresser that i can trust! I believe it should have keep my 1st appointment with Eric as originally booked.
