Great experience with the haircut and balayage! Eric understood immediately what kind of colour I was looking for from a couple of photos I showed him. I got my haircut done first, then colour, then wash and then blow dry - the whole thing took about 3 hours (Beware of the time shown on the website for balayage - it says 1h10min, but it actually took about 2-2.5h)
The only thing that concerned me a bit was that the staff didn't wear masks the entire time. Apart from that everyone was super nice!
