The staff at Era Salon is lovely. Regarding my Manicure and Pedicure, I would have liked to have the hands and feet soaked in soapy water rather than just water. Also, it would be better if there was a footrest as I am I small and my feet were barely reaching the pedi bowl. But apart from that they did a good job.
