I was offered a beverage which was very nice. The staff was incredibly friendly, I loved them. The upstairs area of the salon was in kempt order, however the downstairs area where I had my Toenail File & Polish service lacked in ambiance. Regarding my service: I asked her to file my nails all the way down, and she merely did one stroke of the file to each nail. The polish was applied quickly, and did not cover the side edges of my nails. Good color selection. I wish I had been told the chair I was getting my nails done in was a Massage Chair! That would have made the service more valuable considering I paid for a simple service that I could have done at home my self.

Had a Hollywood here... and was not pleased. She used strip wax when I thought she was going to use hot wax. I then asked if wanted to change to hot, and she politely did... but she did not how to use hot wax. She couldn’t properly pull it out which was scary and not pleasant. She was really nice and polite just a shame she wasn’t that good.
