Era is amazing. Not only are the staff there incredibly friendly, kind and go the extra mike but the pricing is extremely reasonable . I always use the beautician there called Arta who is so good at what she does. I have been to so many beauty salons in the Fulham, Hammersmith, Chelsea area and this is definitely my favourite. It's clean, well priced, professional and personal... Always ok in advance as they are really busy!
Really enjoyable aromatherpy and hot stone massage - worked hard on problem areas to reduce pain and would definitely go back. Really impressed, only problem was the noise from the salon above.

I had a really great 60 minute back, neck and shoulder massage. The therapist worked hard on my problem areas, used new techniques and really helped ease some neck pain I had. The hot stones were great, and the therapist constantly checked to see if I was okay. I would really recomment it for value for money, and customer care. Only problem was the massage room was disrupted by noise from the hair salon above - but some calming music helped deafen the noise. Would definitely go back.
A reasonably priced and well administered Brazilian wax in this convenient salon on the Wandsworth Bridge Road. Beauty treatments are done downstairs in the roomy treatment room which takes up the whole floor.
I had a lovely hot stone massage here, the therapist was really lovely and explained everything to me before she commenced. The stones were quite hot but she was very careful to make sure I was comfortable with it before proceeding, cooling it down a little if required.
The venue was very cute, with hairdressing upstairs and treatments downstairs.
All in all I had a good experience here, it wasn't necessarily the most luxurious experience ever but the staff were welcoming and friendly and the treatment was fantastic.
