My passion is to help others to learn about and understand their bodies and the benefits that can be brought about by 'BALANCE'. Qualifying in basic Thai Massage in 2011 from the reknowned Wat Po School in Bangkok, I then studied Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy (BTEC 5) at the highly respected London School of Sports Massage, graduating in 2013. I am a registered therapist with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM). I adore moving and being active and have a history of sporting competition in swimming (to national level), cycling and running. My main interests are yoga and surfing. I believe that being active in any form is important for overall physical and emotional wellbeing, even more so as part of our busy 21st-century lifestyles.

About Equipoise Therapy Massage:
Gravity holds us down, pulls us down, weighs us down. Over time this can lead to less-than-ideal effects on our health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally. Unravelling the effects of gravity can help lessen pain and aid with a physical resilience which itself can then transfer into other areas of life. Learning about your body and its potential empowers you to be the healthiest you can be. These are the fundamental notions of Equipoise Therapy Massage.
