was very disappointed with my deep clean facial. The treatment did not feel like a deep clean at all — it mainly involved applying different products and then removing them with cold water. There was no thorough cleansing, extraction, or attention to detail that I would expect from a deep cleaning facial.
The treatment was advertised as lasting one hour, but it was over in around 40 minutes. During that time, the therapist kept leaving the room, which made the experience feel rushed

Weirdest hair cut I've ever had. The lady started by asking if I could come back another time. I wasn't offered a drink. The basin was broken so it hurt my neck. The hairdresser didn't seem to know what she was doing but the cut was ok.
