I am really disappointed with the service I received today.
The main issue was despite booking a hot wax, the therapist started with strip. When I questioned it and asked for hot wax, she did the strip waxing faster saying it’s how she did all her clients. It bruised me badly and left patches of skin very raw and sore around the bikini line areas. The areas which were eventually hot waxed were fine.
I had already paid for my treatment, but the therapist offered me cash to not leave a review.
