This was my daughter's second haircut at a hairdresser. The first (at a different salon) did a very lacklustre job but Jess had excellent communication with my daughter to help put her at ease, and spoke to her directly to check she was happy with her cut. My daughter left feeling happy and confident with her new haircut.
