I was very kindly offered a free cut and finish by Jess after I'd given some feedback for some room for improvement at the salon. Jess asked lots of questions about how I wanted my hair and made sure she confirmed with me exactly what I wanted before making a start. The finished result is amazing, just what I wanted, and because she listened to my needs it's now also really easy to maintain and just looks amazing! Amazing customer service and really happy with the results.

I love my hair! It had been box dyed for so long, it was looking a sad mix of colours. Plus, it was shapeless. Emily took the time to check the colour I wanted and explained each stage of the process. The results are a lovely, rich mix of colours and soft bangs that frame my face. I’m so glad I booked this hair appointment at Epiphany ☺️
