Myself and a friend visited the salon today for a full body massage treatment,We were taken down to our double room which was lovely as we wasn't expecting that. The massages We couldn't fault, great pressure throughout however just dissappointed at the attentiveness of the therapists. They never gave us there names, didn't ask if we had any medical conditions/allergies, any areas we wanted working on more or less. I was however asked if I was warm enough and I wasn't as the room was cold so was given another blanket but the other therapist didn't even ask my friend, I was asked how I liked the pressure and again the other therapist didn't ask my friend. The massages were also cut short, my friends finished before mine too which again a little disappointing when you're paying for the time. As we work in the industry ourselves we know how important it is to be professional and get to know the client. We like to make this a monthly thing but I don't think we'll be visiting this salon again

Great location just up from the Racecourse to York centre but not in hustle and bustle so easier to park up for a treatment.
Lovely staff, who insist on perfection so I had the best wax ever ready for my holidays.
Will be going back for sure!
