Staff was late by 15min and the waxing took 8/10min max, waited longer than had treatment done. Except that, the rest was good.

I've been to Envy on several occasions, usually for a lash & brow tint and brow shape with the same therapist. I have always been happy with the service. My most recent visit was not as good as previous appointments. For this last visit I had a different therapist - when I got home and had a proper look at my brows I found that they were noticeably uneven. My boyfriend pointed this out as well. I had to try fix this myself. I will probably go back but make sure to see my original therapist.
