Jo makes you feel so comfortable (which is great since you are in very compromising positions with an intimate wax!) Haha. Everything is so natural and she really takes time to make sure it's all up to your standards. She is also a perfectionist so you get the best results :) everyone is friendly and welcoming.

It was hard to feel relaxed because there was a lot of noise within the salon coming from the main area. Otherwise really enjoying the experience.
