Friendly staff and prompt appointment. The room was very calm and the table very comfortable, I even fell asleep for a bit!
I love my eyelashes, the only tiny thing I would prefer a more symmetrical lash covering instead of matching my own lash shape. Would definitely go back though.

I’m New to ENVY , now had my SECOND TREATMENT and discovered that CHARLOTTE really has the TOUCH !! Sometimes you find a SALON , get a good treatment then return and find that second trip NOT SO GOOD !! Well not here !!! Very pleased and intend to visit REGULARLY!!! Charlotte is my choice ! Thank you
