Normally have the best service in here, been severel times to have my eyebrows shaped and even though mine are dreadful after years of over plucking they manage to make them almost normal! This time however, I found it incredibly painful, I’m not good with pain but they were sore and red for 2 days after, felt like maybe the wax wasn’t hot enough and stuck too my skin too much... wax residue was on my brow after I left and realised that when she tidied up with tweezers she nipped me a little and I had a small cut under my eyebrow. Also wasn’t that keen on the shape this time. Must have just been an off day as I normally get great service!
