Bit of a mixed review unfortunately. This is the second appointment in a row where they've been late (probably because they cram in appointments and don't leave adequate time between them - one of the girls actually told me this last time I was at the salon). This time I was waiting for over 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. On both occasions, the lateness was acknowledged but without any kind of apology. Thankfully, the treatment itself was fabulous, though it did seem to last 10 minutes less than it was supposed to... I'm sure I will be back, but would suggest that the girls at Envy have a bit more respect for their customers' time - if I was to turn up 20 minutes late without good reason I expect my appointment would be cancelled without a refund.
