Regularly have waxes here now, as the salon uses hot wax which makes the experience less painful on intimate areas. Charlotte was amazing and really put me at ease, as well as taking the time to pluck out any stray hairs after waxing.

I had gel polish removal. Ella is a very friendly, chatty young lady who took the gel off with skill and care. I was offered a drink and the ambiance is lovely. I will be going there again soon.
