First time waxing - middle aged man. Jo was absolutely brilliant. Would wholeheartedly recommend Jo and Envy, and definitely going to make waxing a part of my self-care treatments. The welcome is wonderful, and all my questions were answered both on the phone initially, and then in person. The waxing itself was fine, and Jo took the time at all times to explain the products and her approach. Brilliant stuff.

Always a fabulous experience. Lovely calm atmosphere. I had Olivia this time and she did a beautiful job of my nails. She is super talented.
