This appointment was for removing the gel from my nails. For a start, the technician's nails were dirty so I didn't feel clean having her touch my hands. Secondly, she did a bad job at filing them into shape - I had to file them again myself when I got home. Thirdly and most importantly, when removing the gels she's filed too far and my nails are now red raw and super sore. While filing them into shape she also repeatedly scraped the file along my skin which was painful and uncomfortable.
