Confirmation email didn’t have any door number. Tried to email the email address it just bounced back. I even went to the postcode there’s loads of houses on the road. Very unprofessional service, happy I selected the option to pay at venue. Don’t waste your time booking this person the lack of communication and unprofessional Ian actually ruined my birthday.
